On the morning of July, 1, 2022, SCE held an exchange meeting with Chongqing CISDI Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. at School of Civil Engineering, Chongqing University to discuss corporation between SCE and CISDI, this meeting was presided over by Wu Shuguang.

Participants from Chongqing CISDI Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. are: Ran Peng, secretary of CPC CISDI Committee and chairman, Xiao Xin and Liu Jing-an, the vice general manager, Liao Zheling, general manager assistant and minister of investment decision-making department, Pu Tianyi, supervisor of engineering digitization center, Zhou Yangshi from engineering digitization center, Ding Zhen from science and technology management department. Participants from SCE are: Hua Jianmin, secretary of CPC SCE Committee, Xie Qiang, associate chair, Lu Jun, director of building energy efficiency inspection institute of CQU quality inspection company, Yang Yang, director of engineering construction research institute, Xu Min, executive dean of civil engineering branch of CQU design institute, Wu Shuguang, member of CPC SCE Committee and quality director of CQU quality inspection company.

Hua Jianmin and Ran Peng introduced SCE and CISDI respectively, and both parties exchanged views on relevant issues.
