On January 5, 2022, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China announced the tenth list of national engineering survey and design masters. Professor Li Yanqiang Senior Engineer, an Alumni of Chongqing University (CQU) in 1978 that major in Gas (which has now been changed into the subject of Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering), the chief engineer of North China Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Professor Qin Xueli Senior Engineer, alumni of CQU in 1981 that major in HVAC (which has now been changed to the major of Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering), the deputy chief engineer of China Electronics Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd., were included in the list. Being selected every two years, the national engineering survey and design master is the highest honorary title in the national engineering survey and design industry.
Li Yanqiang, professor-level senior engineer, is currently the chief engineer of North China Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., the secretary-general of the Gas Branch of China Civil Engineering Society, and the special allowance expert of the State Council. Engaged in the planning and design, engineering consulting, scientific research and technical management of municipal engineering such as gas for a long time, which had won the national and provincial excellent design awards. Presided over a number of national science and technology projects. Won the China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award four times, and edited important national standards such as Gas Engineering Project Specifications and Urban Gas Design Specifications.
Qin Xueli, professor-level senior engineer, deputy chief engineer of China Electronics Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd., chief engineer of Shiyuan Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., and an expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council. He mainly engaged in the research of high-precision clean control theory and engineering technology in electronic engineering. Presided over more than 100 national or provincial key engineering designs. Won more than 40 national or provincial and ministerial awards. Obtained 41 authorized patents as the first inventor. Won the title of outstanding figure in the national survey and design industry to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China.
