Recently, Chongqing University has officially launched the publication of 5 high-standard English journals. The Journal of Automation and Intelligence (English Version) and the DeCarbon (English Version) founded respectively by the School of Automation and the School of Energy and Power Engineering are officially launched. The Journal of Automation and Intelligence (English Version) is a comprehensive high-level journal published by Chongqing University and KeAi in the interdisciplinary field of automation and artificial intelligence. In 2022, it was listed in the High-Standard New Journal Project of China's Excellent Action Plan of Sci-tech Journals, and the first issue Vol.1 Issue 1 was officially released. The first seven articles were all contributed by IEEE Fellow, showing the latest research results in the interdisciplinary field of automation and artificial intelligence. The DeCarbon (English Version) is a new international journal jointly published by Chongqing University and Elsevier, which provides an interdisciplinary communication platform for the frontier issues of low-carbon science and reports the latest research results in the fields of zero carbon emission, efficient energy storage and conversion, energy collection and utilization, green environment and long-term sustainable development.

For the Space Power and Wireless Transmission (English Version), Science of Geological Energy (English Version) and Biogeotechnical Technology (English Version) respectively founded by the School of Electrical Engineering, School of Resources and Safety Engineering and School of Civil Engineering, the preparations for publication has been completed. Each school is actively establishing editorial board, collecting high-level manuscripts, signing international cooperative publishing agreement, setting up and improving the editing and publishing operation mechanism, to ensure the official publication before March 2023.

Chongqing University adheres to the principles of high standard, diversification, sustainable construction and development, sets up a cultivation plan for high-level academic journals, and launches the publication of 5 high-standard English journals in an orderly manner, which lays a good foundation for building a high-level academic journal matrix and is conducive to promoting the prosperity and development of academic journals.
