On the morning of March 4, 2023, at the invitation of SCE associate chair Wang Yuhang from CQU, SCE chair Wang Wenda from Lanzhou University of Technology, Chair of College of Transportation and Civil Engineering Liao Feiyu from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, deputy director of  Institute of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Engineering (IDPME) Li Wei from Tsinghua University, visited SCE, CQU. The seminar was chaired by Xu Fei, deputy director of the Institute of Structural Engineering, SCE, CQU.

The seminar was rich in content and reflected the latest theoretical and application results in the field of steel tube and concrete structure, which provided SCE support for further research work in this field in our institute.
