On 27th June, 2022, at the invitation of Institute of Geomatics Engineering at SCE, Prof. Ismael Colomina gave a splendid academic report about Trajectory Determination for Modern Surveying and Mapping at ZOOM, which was presided over by Meng Xiaolin, the adjunct professor of SCE, CQU.

Ismael Colomina is the Chief Scientist and Chief Executive of GeoNumerics. He hold a PhD in Mathematics and have spent his professional life in the geomatics and navigation area. He has worked at the former Institute of Cartography of Catatonia (ICC) --now the Institute of Cartoghraphy and Geology of Catalonia (ICGC),-- at the Institute of Geomatics (IG), at the Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya (CTT) and at GeoNumerics (GN).
