On the afternoon of October 27, 2022, SCE held a general meeting online and offline to summary  and report recent work, and to plan and deploy work in the future. All SCE leaders, staff and some students representatives attended. This meeting was presided over by SCE chair Yang Qingshan.

Yang Qingshan warmly welcomed and introduced two new teachers: Prof. Cui Xinzhuang and Prof. Liu Yongjian, who both conducted academic lectures soon afterwards.

Then Liu Zhiyi, a lecturer from CQU Security Department, delivered a lecture about anti-fraud safety education.

At the end of this meeting, SCE associate chair Liu Meng gave a report of course construction ideas.
