The school-enterprise exchange meeting between the School of Civil Engineering (SCE) of Chongqing University and the Third Company of China Construction Eight Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. was successfully held in No.1 Conference Room of Days Hotel Keyuan recently.

The meeting is chaired by Ma Lei, a Chief Engineer. Hua Jianmin and Ma Ji, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SCE respectively, Xie Qiang, Yang Bo, the Associate Chair of SCE, Wu Shuguang, the Quality Director of Major Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Co., Ltd., Xu Min, Executive Dean of the Civil Engineering Branch of the General Design Institute of Chongqing University (CQU), Cheng Jianjun, the Special Manager (the Former Chief Engineer) of the Third Company of China Construction Eight Engineering Division Corp., Ltd and some other enterprise leaders had attended the meeting.

In the meeting, Ma Lei introduced the scientific and technological research and development projects and key technologies being implemented by the Third Company of China Construction Eighth Bureau. And Cheng Jianjun expressed the hope that the two parties to strengthen cooperation in all aspects, and further cultivate various types of talents by integrating production, eaching and research through school-enterprise docking.

Afterwards, the two parties reached a preliminary consensus after conducting in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as the cooperation of human resources, training for junior and senior leaders, scientific and development for technology.

It is no doubt that the meeting had formed a deeper, wider and higher level of cooperation between the two parties, which will achieve the goal of complementary advantages and win-win development.
