2024-08-04 19:09

July 4th, 2024, is the third day of the International Summer Camp. Participants experienced Chinese tea culture up close, starting with a tea picking session at the Dingxin Tea Garden. Later, they also participated in the tea making process.

Tea Picking

Led by the master, the participants poured the newly picked tea leaves into the wok, tossing and rolling them with their hands for optimal preparation. For the participants, the process of picking, processing, and tasting tea is not only a bond connecting them with nature but also an immersive experience of the unity of mind and body in traditional Chinese culture.
