From July 2nd to 9th, 2024, the International Summer Camp was held by the School of Civil Engineering (SCE) at Chongqing University, which has previously been hosted in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2023. Of these, 2021 was held online. 20 students from Nanyang Technological University, National University of Singapore, Politecnico di Milano, BOKU, and Leibniz University Hannover attended this International Summer Camp.

Professor Julio FLOREZ-LOPEZ gave a welcome speech

Academician Yeong-Bin Yang from the School of Civil Engineering at Chongqing University gave a keynote presentation titled “My Career of Research as a teacher and a student”. He shared his inspiring experiences of upholding self-awareness, overcoming personal limitations, and challenging traditional paradigms in both research and teaching. The participants were fully engaged and greatly inspired by his insights.
